Age 87 of Inver Grove Heights
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on October 9, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Hattie & Ernie; brothers, Paul & John; sister, Mary Nell. Survived by loving wife of 63 years, Mary (Rhody); children, Cindy (Carl) Swanson, Michael (Peggy), Mark, Paul & Patti (Paul) Bartholomew; grandchildren, Stephen, Ryan, Megan, Kevin, Caitlin, Kacie, Andrew; great-grandchildren, Kinsely & Elaine; other family & friends; also missed by his loyal dog, Mollie. Bingo was a Korean War Veteran serving in the US Air Force for 4 years. He loved camping, enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family, telling a good joke and having a good laugh. He will be dearly missed. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Saturday, October 14th, at the Church of St. Patrick, 3535 72nd St., Inver Grove Heights. Visitation 4-8 PM Friday at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave. Inver Grove Heights. Also 9-10 AM prior to Mass at church. Interment St. Patrick’s Church Cemetery.
