Born April 8, 1932. Passed away peacefully on August 7,2017. Preceded in death by her father and mother, Anthony and Grace; and her beloved husband Edward “Eddie”. Survived by her children Mark (Lisa), Diane, Roberta, Stephen, Carolyn, Glenn, Kristine (John) Leinen, Paul (Jodi), Barbara (Timothy) Audette, and Julie (Derek) Cooper; sister Rita May Brodahl; 32 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren, many friends from grade school, high school and neighborhoods who visited up until a few days before she passed on. An amazing and outstanding person in so many ways, she was an exceptional mother and friend, and in her final months with fading cognition due to dementia, she had every medical assistant, nurse, doctor and visitor laughing and amazed at her astonishing wit. Mass of Christian Burial 10 am, Monday, August 14th at the Church of the Assumption, 51 W. 7th St., St. Paul. Visitation 4-7 PM Sunday at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights. Also from 9-10 AM prior to Mass at church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Thanks to all of her dear friends for their love and support.
