Age 64 of Inver Grove Heights.
Passed away on August 1st, 2026 after a short but brave battle with CAPS. Preceded in death by father, Lowell Sonnichsen; mother, Joanne Sonnichsen; sister, Robin Sonnichsen. Survived by cat, Eeyore; brother, Kevin (Marta); sister, Megan (Daniel); nieces, Morganne (Michael) and Mckenna; nephew, Matthew; great niece, Allison and extended family and friends.
Jodi was an amazing woman, always putting others before herself. She was a dedicated RN/MDS nurse. Jodi loved spending her spare time with her family. She was so strong and so brave all the way to the end. Jodi will 
be greatly missed. The family would like to send a big thank you to all the amazing doctors and nurses and Regions Hospital in Saint Paul.
Memorial Service 11:00 AM Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 at Acacia Park Cemetery, 2151 Pilot Knob Road, Mendota Heights MN 55120. Luncheon after memorial at Jodi’s cousin’s house, 708 Sommers Street North, Hudson WI 54016. Family and friends are welcome.
