Age 72, peacefully passed away at his Stillwater, Minnesota, home on March 5, 2025.
Born on April 2, 1952, in Mankato, Minnesota, Keith graduated from Mankato High School in 1970 and continued his education at Mankato Area Vocational Technical Institute and Inver Hills Community College. He built a dedicated career working for the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad and later the Union Pacific Railroad.
Keith had a deep love for his family and cherished the time spent with them. He found great joy in golf and exercise boxing, always staying active and engaged in the things he loved. His Chevrolet Camaro was a source of pride, reflecting his appreciation for classic cars. He also had a passion for traveling, embracing new experiences and adventures along the way.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Elaine Yungerberg; his son, Chad Yungerberg and daughter-in-law Donnelle Yungerberg; his daughter, Shanna Yungerberg; and his grandson, Shad Yungerberg. He is also survived by his sister, Karen Schulz; and two brothers, Kevin Yungerberg and his wife Loni, and Kirk Yungerberg and his wife Sandi.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held for family and friends on Saturday, March 29, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Roberts Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 8108 Barbara Avenue, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077
