Passed away on March 19. 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Frank; parents, Peter & Kate Moes; infant son. Survived by children, Katherine (Steve) Plante, James (Linda), Mary Bachman & Susan (Scott) Lockling; grandchildren, Randall (Brandie), Christina (Matt) Quade, Peter (Emily), Travis & Scarlett Lockling; great-grandchildren, Abigail & Zachary Bachman, Logan & Parker James Quade. Virginia was a 14-year resident of Timber Hills in Inver Grove Heights. Memorial Service 10:30 AM Friday, March 23rd, at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights. Visitation 9:30-10:30 AM prior to the service. Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
