Bartels, Lucas “Luke”

Age 41 of Inver Grove Heights.

Passed away suddenly from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on June 28, 2021. Survived by his loving children, Payton, Lawson, Lila and Breanna; mother, Linda Bartels; father, Gregory Bartels; sisters, Ella (Rhett) Burmeister & Alica Bartels; nephew, Jacob Stanton; mothers of his children, Erin Peterson and Missy Peck; also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Luke loved his family and doing anything he could for his kids. He had a passion for being outside, playing games with his kids, the Vikings, motorcycling and fishing whenever he could. He enjoyed spending his free time grilling up whatever he could find and doing cannon balls into his mom’s pool.  “Wanna make a bet?”

Memorial Service 12 Noon, Friday, July 2^nd, at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights. Visitation 11 AM to 12 noon prior to the service. Luncheon to follow at Moose Lodge #1008, 5927 Concord Blvd., Inver Grove Heights.
