Survived by wife, Vickie; children, Richard Jr. (Christine), Charles, Patricia, Shalonda, Gabriel. siblings, Connie, Veronica Sue, Derrick, William, Anntonette; many nieces and nephews; grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Funeral Service to be held Friday, December 4th, 11:00am at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave. Inver Grove Heights, 55077. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
