Survived by husband, Robert (Bob) Boerbon; daughter, Lori (Travis) Hoff; grandchildren, Hannah and Ethan Hoff; brothers and sisters, Maureen (Tom), Karen (Barney), Kevin (Linda), Bob, Bill (Therese), Mary, Carol (Brad), Keith (Rosaland), Julie, and Mike (Lisa); sister-in-law, Mary (Bernie) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son, Scott Boerbon; parents, Keith and Jeanette Maurer; mother in-law, Marie Boerbon.
Sue loved crafting, especially card making and planning craft projects with her grandchildren. She enjoyed walking in the outdoors, a good cheese burger, apples and pecan pie. Most of all she loved her family. She was so proud to be the oldest of 11 children and even as her memory was failing could still list them all in birth order. Sue had a peaceful and calming spirit, the gift of patience and grace like her mother and was a wise listener. She will be greatly missed.
Mass of Christian Burial at noon on Tuesday 9/28/21, St Patrick’s Church, Inver Grove Heights MN. Visitation 2 hours prior to Mass at the church. Lunch to follow the mass. Interment following lunch.
Memorials preferred to St. Patrick’s Church.
