Kevin Arthur Muggli “Muggs”

Age 63 of St. Paul.

Passed away peacefully on November 2, 2026.

Preceded in death by parents, Art & Shirley.

Survived by sister, Jeanette LeMay (Darren); brother, Philip; nephew, Dane LeMay; also best friend Christopher (Lorrie) Kelly; also other family & many friends.

Kevin was a talented carpenter who enjoyed cooking and fishing. Muggs loved to watch Minnesota sports. He was an avid Wild, Timberwolves, Lynx, Frost, Twins, & Vikings fan. If he couldn’t watch the games on TV, he had his radio right next to him. Muggs also loved music. He had two speakers on his wheelchair and would play as he rolled along.

Memorial Service 11:00 am Monday, November 16th, 2026 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 7600 Cahill Ave. E., Inver Grove Heights, MN. Visitation 10:00 – 11:00 am.
