Age 36, of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota
Passed away suddenly on July 1, 2026. Born on February 4, 1990, in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, Miranda lived a life defined by extraordinary love, generous spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family and community.
Miranda graduated from Northwestern College, where she pursued her passion for teaching, and later earned her Master’s degree in Education from Hamline University. That love of education became the core passion of her life’s work. She dedicated herself to homeschooling her children, nurturing their curiosity and growth with the same care she brought to her beloved flower gardens. She had looked forward with great anticipation to beginning schooling with her daughter Mila Rose and in time Johnny.
Miranda and her husband, Eduard, shared nearly fifteen years of marriage. Together they purchased their first home in 2015 and poured themselves into making it a place of warmth and welcome for their growing family. She was a woman of remarkable intelligence, organization, and attention to detail, yet it was her warmth and generosity that left the deepest impression on all who knew her. She loved people from every background, delighted in learning about other cultures, and traveled to see many parts of the world. She was an avid reader, a talented cook who loved preparing meals alongside her children, and found joy in thrifting, gardening, and spending time with her family’s horses.
Miranda was deeply involved in her community. She served as a Sunday school teacher and participated in the Awana program at First Calvary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Arboretum and of Compassion International, where she sponsored two children, Ceveison and Holderlin. Even in her passing, Miranda continued to give to others through the gift of organ donation, offering hope and new life to deserving strangers. It was a final reflection of the selfless love that defined her life.
Miranda is survived by her beloved husband, Eduard; her five children, Peter, Sammy, Theo, Mila Rose, and John; her father, Mike; her sister, Lori; her niece, Maddie; her nephew, Myka; her grandfather, Alexey; and many cherished family members and loved ones, including Nancy, Shea, Petr, Valentina, Gigi, Michael, Gary, and Yana. She was preceded in death by her mother, Michelle.
Miranda’s faith in Christ was the foundation upon which she built her life. She poured blessings into others through her support, her cooking, and her prayers. Her life was a testament to the scriptures she held dear: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9). And as she trusted throughout her life, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths” (Proverbs 3:5-6).
A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 9, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at First Calvary Baptist Church, 5495 South Robert Trail, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077.
