Passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018 in St. Paul. Born in Vulcan, West Virginia on June 9, 1959 to the late Edmond and Magdaline (Estep) Mounts. Dennis is preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Daniels; brothers, Horace Pruitt and Ernest Mounts. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Charles) Hayes of Bloomington, MN; son, Matthew Mounts; grandson, Ayden Mounts of Maplewood, MN; brothers, Ronnie Mounts of Matewan, WV, Eddie (Katha) Mounts of Vulcan, WV; sisters, Sandra (Edward) Karli of Lexington, KY, Sharon Wesley of Lexington, KY, Penny (Bob) Michalak of El Paso, TX, Deborah (Brad) Casey of Kimper, KY, Mitzie (Billie) Dotson of Majestic, KY, Melody (William) Blankenship of Majestic, KY, and Marsha (Kevin) Leedy of Majestic, KY. Dennis is also survived by a host of nephews and nieces. Dennis will be remembered as having a heart of gold. He was always willing to help anyone in need, even if that meant he went without. He will be fondly remembered as a good friend to many.
Schneider, Dolores Louise (Isaacs)
Age 83 of Inver Grove Heights
Passed away peacefully at home on June 6, 2018. Dolores was born in St. Paul, and worked for 29 years as a medical underwriter for Securian (previously Minnesota Mutual). Mom was an avid reader who always had her nose in a book. She passed along this love to many, her children recalling being read to every night. Books were a frequent gift and her first job was as a librarian in the Carnegie Library (now the Riverview Branch Library of the Saint Paul Public Library) serving the West Side of Saint Paul. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Jack and her parents, Gerald and Otellia. She is survived by her seven children, Jack (Kathryn), James (Raquel), Susan (Kurt) Koefod, Joe (Kathy), Lisa (Terry) Sauerer, Jeremy (Sue), and Andrew; 18 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and brother, Gerald (Linda) Isaacs. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Tuesday, June 12, at The Church of St Patrick, 3535 72ndST E., Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076 with a visitation two-hours prior. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your local library.

Preceded in death by sons, Mark and Michael; daughter, Colleen; granddaughter, Maria and late wife, Rosalie. Passed away peacefully at home on May 4, 2018. Recipient of the Lions Club Melvin Jones Fellow Award for dedicated humanitarian services. He will be deeply missed by countless friends and family whose lives he touched in very meaningful ways. Passed away March 29, 2018 in Hastings. She was born March 13, 1932 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Preceded in death by husband, John C. (Jack) Skoog Sr. Survived by sons, John (Susan) and William (Elaine) Skoog; daughters Melinda Ellingson (Bruce) and Jayne Skoog; 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Age 94 of Eagan, MN and formerly of North Carolina
Passed away on March 2, 2018. Raised in Albert Lea by Blanche and George J Miller. Preceded in death by wife of 68 years, Helen (Johnson); sisters, Joan Hunt and Marilyn McLeod. Survived by son, Jeff (Sandra); daughters, Laura and Martha (Dean) Franke; 5 grandchildren; also great and great-great grandchildren. George served as an officer aboard the USS Finch in the Pacific theater. He earned his master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the U of M and was honored by election to Tau Beta Pi. He was employed by DuPont in management positions (Niagara Falls and Memphis plants) and lastly became a Senior Labor Relations Specialist in Wilm, DE. He may best be remembered for his generosity of heart and quick wit. Memorial Service 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19th with visitation 1 hour prior at Commons on Marice, 1380 Marice Dr, Eagan MN. Koenigs, Gilbert
Age 84 of Inver Grove Heights
Gilbert passed away peacefully April 10, 2018 from complications of Alzheimer’s disease. Preceded in death by wife, Norma; parents, Arnold and Regina Koenigs; sister Bonita Streit; and brother, Marvin Koenigs. He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Debbie; siblings Mary Ann Klapperich, brother Bernie (Judy) Koenigs, Aggie (Maynard) Theobald, Geni Detviler, and Geri (Roger) Fisher; sister-in-law Eileen Koenigs; and numerous nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends. Gilbert loved gardening, church activities, fishing, traveling, dancing to old time music, and volunteering. He was a 38-year employee of Northern States Power (Xcel Energy). Visitation from 4 to 7 PM, Thursday, May 17 at the Church of St. Patrick, 3535 72nd St., Inver Grove Heights. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Friday, May 18, also at the Church of St. Patrick with visitation 9:30-10:30 AM prior to Mass. Interment Church of St. Patrick Cemetery.
Buchner, Sandra

Passed away suddenly on Monday, May 7th, 2018, surrounded by family. Sandy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to so many. Born July 23, 1937 in Ridgeland, WI, she married her high school sweetheart, Arland Buchner, while he was in the Navy on July 9th, 1956. Sandy worked for the IGH school district for 20 years. Sandy loved spending time with people and was happiest when family or friends came by or called to “gab”. She loved her hugs. And she loved going places and doing things. Sandy was a happy and cheerful person, who always seemed to be enjoying herself and others. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Artys Glaser and her brother Steven. She is survived by Arland, her husband of 61 years, son, Tom (Paula); daughter, Terri (Lee); grandchildren, Jacob, Phillip, Lisa (Miles) and Cody; great-grandchild, Naomi and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 7600 Cahill Ave E, Inver Grove Heights on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 11:00 am, with visitation 1 hour prior.
