Passed Away on October 2, 2016. Age 86 of Inver Grove Heights
Passed away on October 2, 2016 from Alzheimer’s complications. She was born on September 19, 1930 in Sturgeon Bay,Wisconsin, to Fred and Agnes Heimbecher. She grew up in Sturgeon Bay and later moved to Golden, Colorado, where she met her beloved husband, Myron Tollefson, who preceded her in death. They later moved to the suburbs of Chicago where she was actively involved in her community, including active volunteer work with the Sons of Norway, at her children’s school and after-school activities, and at her church. Agnes was a strong, loving and caring mother of 3, grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 4, as well as their many friends she “adopted” through the years. She is survived by her sons, Myron “Mike” Tollefson (Mary) and Toby Tolleson (Anine) and daughter, Tona Dove (Erik); grandchildren, Eric, Neal, Craig, Amy, Tor Kristian, Andreas, Kristin, Siri and Adin; great-grandchildren, Lilyana Sinatra, Starlet, and Lulu; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Agnes was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Agnes; husband, Myron; sisters, Mildred and Dolly; brother, Fred. A memorial Service will be held for Agnes at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Road, Apple Valley, MN on Friday, October 7 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org/donate.

Survived by daughters, Bonnie (Art) Bliven & Darlene “Dee” Goodwill-Huback; grandchildren, Jeff (Dawn), Jerrod (Carla) Blaiser & Jenny Smith; great-grandchildren, Kallie, Braycen, Lynnea & Ryley Smith, Reece, Rhea, Brittny & Jacob Blaiser; great-great=granddaughter, Blair More; brother, Jim (Theresa) Griebler. Tyra loved cardinals and the color red. She also loved flowers whether indoors or out, this was her passion. She will be missed by many. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1-3 PM Saturday, October 15th, at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights.

Survived by Daughters, Cyndi (Mark) Salmon and Julie (Allen) Stettner, Also niece, Jaime (Todd) Niedermayer; Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; Extended Family and Many Friends. She touched countless hearts with her compassion and giving nature. She was an inspiration of strength and hope. She was loved and admired by all who knew her. She is deeply missed.

Survived by loving husband of 45 years, Marty; daughters, Andi (Nick) Palodichuk & Teri Silvi (Cary Schwartz); sister, Judy Kramer; brother, Bill (Juli) Kramer; also nieces, nephews & many friends. Margaret was a 5th grade teacher for 34 years (in the same classroom) and an active union member at Pullman Elementary School in St. Paul Park. She was also an active member at St. Patrick’s Church. Survived by sons, David (Clarene), Walter (Shirley), Paul, Rick (JoAnn), & Alan (Cathy); daughters, Mary Jo (Rick) Thormahlen, & Julie Ann (Bob) Kienitz; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; four brothers and three sisters. Bernie worked at JC Penney Co. for 25 years. Bill and Bernie, when not traveling, then split their time between Garrison, MN in the summer and Alamo, TX in the winter.
