Judy Ann (Lee) Lange
Passed away unexpectedly on April 10, 2025, at her residence. Born on October 18, 1943, in Austin, MN, she was a cherished daughter of Everett and Joy (Billick) Lee.
Judy’s life was a testament to compassion and service. She dedicated 35 years as a unit secretary in the neonatal care unit at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN, where her kindness and efficiency provided comfort to countless families during their most vulnerable moments.
Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her professional life. Alongside her first husband of 27 years, Renard Lange from Brownsdale, MN, Judy opened her heart and home to 19 foster children over 13 years, embodying unconditional love and support. After Renard’s passing in 1989, she found companionship and joy with her second husband, Richard Kielb, sharing many meaningful years together until his passing in 2003.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three of her sisters. She is survived by her sister Ardith Wagner and brother Ray Lee, both of Austin, MN.
Judy is survived by her loving children: Sheila (Scott) Pottorff, Kevin Lange, Christine Munch, and Matthew (Jaime) Lange. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Kara, Renee, Emily (Kiani), Ivy, Laura, Ryan, Alexis, and Ameera. Her joy multiplied with the arrival of her great-grandchildren: Logan, Dominick, James, Beau, and Tate. Judy cherished each moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, delighting in their laughter and accomplishments.
Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Robert’s Funeral Home, located at 8108 Barbara Avenue, Inver Grove Heights, MN. A Celebration of Life service to honor Judy’s remarkable journey will be held at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to causes close to Judy’s heart: Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org) and Minnesota Neonatal Foundation (neonatalfoundation.org).
Judy’s life was a beacon of love, generosity, and resilience. Her unwavering commitment to caring for others leaves an indelible mark on all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025. Preceded in death by husband, Jerome; father, Dennis. Survived by mother, Rita Bauman; children, Nathan (Kelly), Dustin (Emily), Ryan (Jill), Jonathan, Jordan, and Morgan; stepchildren, Rick (Sara) & Chad; 16 grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; beloved dog, Willow; also many nieces, nephews, friends and her Lucky’s 13 Roseville family.
Her world revolved around her family. From the loudest in the crowd as she cheered on her children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews at every sporting event, to the quiet moments of shared connection, she cherished every bond. Lucky’s 13 in Roseville was more than just a workplace; it was her second family, a community that she embraced with open arms. Her heart overflowed with affection for her animals, and for the friends who filled her life with immeasurable joy.
Terri faced her cancer battle with extraordinary bravery and grace, an inspiration to all who witnessed her strength. Though her fight was tragically short, she fought like hell. Her passing leaves an immense void, an absence that can never be truly filled. Yet, we find comfort in knowing that her love and spirit will forever reside within us. She was truly one of a kind, and her memory will be carried in our hearts, always.

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on April 3, 2025. Preceded in death by parents, Ralph & Dorothy; brother, Mike. Survived by loving wife of 63 years, Nancy; sons, Mike (Laurel), Tim (Lisa), Dean (Lisa); 7 grandchildren, Erin, Karlee (Brian) Pitt, Taylor, Zach (Claire Navara), Maddie (Jacob) Beckstrom, Dylan (Emily Donnan) & Ryder; great-grandchildren, Theo, Noah & Beau; sisters, Joan (Ken) Nerud, Sue (Glen) Kothe, Brenda (Pat) Melchior; also many nieces, nephews & friends.
Dean’s vibrant personality, shaped by his West 7th upbringing, had a way of lighting up any room through his animated storytelling. A proud Navy veteran, he served with honor and courage. In his retirement, Dean found joy at his lake home, where he meticulously cared for the yard and boat, creating a special place for his kids and grandkids to create lasting memories. He cherished moments spent fishing, hunting at the shack, sharing a good burger, or cheering on his family at sporting events and dance recitals. As a devoted father and grandfather, he took great pride in all their achievements, both personal and professional. His love for them will be forever cherished.

Matilda Mohan
Matilda Mohan of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, has entered heavenly glory on April 6, 2025, at her son Anderson Mohan’s home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on March 2, 1944, in Tuticorin, India, to Francis Sironmani and Jeyarathy Isabella, she was the fourth of nine siblings. Matilda received her education at Sarah Tucker Higher Secondary School in Palayamkottai, India, and later completed her teacher training at St. John Teacher’s Training School in Nazareth, India. She dedicated her career to nurturing young minds as an elementary school teacher.
On May 22, 1968, she married Jacob SundaraMohan, and together they were blessed with two children, Cathy Jeyachandran and Anderson Mohan, and four grandsons, Andrew Jeyachandran, Chris Anderson, Adley Anderson, and Daniel Anderson.
A formal Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with visitation commencing at 10:00 AM. The event will take place at Rose of Sharon Lutheran Church, located at 6875 Jamaica Ave S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016. Interment will follow at Cottage Grove Cemetery, 10999 70th St S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016.

Passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025 surrounded by her loving family who deeply miss her. Preceded in death by parents, John & Eleanor Maloney; sisters-in-law, Nancy & Carole Maloney and Joan Miles. Survived by husband of 68 years, William; children, Sue, Scott (Laurie), Julie Gillen (Kevin), Mary Wolff (Dan); 21 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom & Paul Maloney; brother and sister-in-law, John & Bev Herzog; and many nieces and nephews.

Jeannine Marie “Trudy” Solin (née Vax)
Age 80 of Inver Grove Heights.
Passed away on February 25, 2025, in West St. Paul, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcel D. Vax and Marie T. (Ankner) Vax, and grandson, Elliott M. Solin.
Born on March 21, 1944, in St. Paul, MN, Jeannine lived a life filled with warmth, generosity, and an unwavering dedication to her family, friends, and community. She graduated from Globe Business College before embarking on a 46-year career at Ace Hardware on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. Starting as a clerk at just 15 years old, she worked her way up to Office Manager and eventually became the majority owner alongside her husband, James. Her leadership extended beyond the store as she served on the Grand Avenue Business Association board of directors for several years, always striving to support local businesses and strengthen the community she loved.
Jeannine had a heart as vast as the ocean she adored in Hawaii. She found immense joy sitting on the lanai, feeling the soft breeze while watching the waves roll in—especially when surrounded by family and friends. Her kindness knew no bounds; she was deeply committed to helping those in need, whether through personal acts of generosity or supporting numerous charities dedicated to uplifting others.
At Ace Hardware, Jeannine created more than just a business—she built a family. Customers weren’t just patrons; they were welcomed as old friends. It was not uncommon for her to travel across the country and run into someone who remembered her from the store, and she greeted each one with open arms and genuine interest in their lives. The hardware store was also home to five beloved cats that brought her endless joy.
Beyond her love for people and animals, Jeannine had an enduring admiration for Elvis Presley—the only other love of her life besides James, her husband of 53 years.
Jeannine is survived by her husband, James F. Solin; stepdaughter, Elisa Welliver, CA; grandchildren, Forrest Welliver, Hannah Rothschild. and Ryan Lynn all of the Twin Cities; sister, Suzanne Vax Laverdiere, TX; niece, Kelly (Gregory) Garramone, Washington DC; nephew, Matthew (Jennifer) Laverdiere, TX; and grand-nieces and grand-nephew, Gwyneth Garramone, MD; Jessie Laverdiere, Dylan Laverdiere, and Alexie Laverdiere, TX; plus many cousins and friends.
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held 11:00 am–12:30 pm on May 6, 2025, at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Avenue in Inver Grove Heights, MN, with a short service and time of sharing beginning at 11:30 am. Luncheon to follow. Jeannine’s ashes will be scattered at Forest Lawn Memorial Park following the luncheon.

At age 96 our father who fought in World War II and the Korean War, died peacefully in his sleep. He is now reunited with the love of his life, wife, Pat, whom he was married to for 71 years. Survived by children, Mike (Carol), Linda, Ron, Barb (Al), David and Sharon (Barrie); 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ken Weinert; also many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Jorgy worked at Swift and Company, Inver Hills College and as a bartender at the Radisson in St. Paul. Mom and dad we are proud to have had parents who taught us values and we will miss you. We love you. Private family services with burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
