Passed away peacefully on January 28, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, Ronald and Beulah Graham. Survived by husband, Doug Cottrell; brother, Bob Graham (Carol); son, Dana (Jenn); daughters, Carrie (Ted) Moberg & Amy; grandchildren, Douglas, Graham, Katherine, Ayden Grace, Sam; former daughter-in-law, Nancy; other family and friends. Myrna loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed cooking and family gatherings. She had a passion for flowers and her flower gardens. She loved to spend time at her children and grandchildren’s activities. Her indominable spirit and her sense of humor guided her through her life. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held 4-7 PM Thursday, February 3rd, at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights. Private interment. A special thanks goes out to the teams at Minnesota Oncology and Cardigan Ridge.
Riesch, Bernita Ann “Nini”, “Bernie” (Fox)
Age 86,
Died peacefully at home, in her sleep, after battles with multiple health issues over the past several months. Bernie enjoyed a long and successful career as a legal secretary at 3M. She spent her retirement with family and friends, leading a strong prayer life, volunteering for charities and cheering for her favorite sports teams. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She is survived by children Patricia (Steve), Jill (David) and William; grandchildren Kyle (Katie), Rachel (Aaron), Linnea, Tyson, Nathalie, Cole, Quinn and Cullen; great grandchildren Hadley, Audrey, Brecken, Christopher, Cecilia and Anastasia. Funeral Mass at St. Augustine (408 3rd St. N., South St. Paul) on Wednesday, February 2nd, at 11:00. Visitation at 9:30 immediately preceding. Lunch at Southview Country Club (239 Mendota Rd., West St. Paul) immediately following.
Wharton, Beverly A. (Baago)
Age 86 of Rosemount
Passed away peacefully on Jan. 26, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, Howard and Elda Sorum; brother, Roger Sorum. Survived by loving husband, Roger; sons, John, Jeff (Shaun) and Jay (Lori); grandchildren, Emily, Tara (Brad), Christian and Elissa (Jalen).
Beverly was a loving and giving wife, mother, and grandmother. She took great interest in her grandkids lives and gave to several charitable organizations. Her and Roger married in December 1991 and he was the love of her life. They travelled a lot before settling into wintering in Florida and a cabin on Mille Lacs. They remained together in Rosemount year ‘round until the very end when her life was quickly and unexpectedly taken. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Michels, Timothy Roger “T.R.”
Age 72 of Zumbrota, formerly of Willmar and Inver Grove Heights.
Passed away Jan. 26, 2022. An avid outdoorsman, T.R. is survived by his children, Melissa (Gregg) Boehmer, Dallas (Venessa) Michels, Tawnya (Trevor) Perrett; grandchildren, Edel, Penelope, Gabriel, Cheyenne and Savannah; along with his mother, three siblings, two brothers-in-law, one sister in law, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Diane; father, Dr. Roger Michels; and sister, Debora Michels.
Visitation will be February 2 from 4-7pm at Roberts Funeral Home and one hour prior to the funeral.

Zaccardi, Guy Thomas
Age 59 of Cottage Grove
Born October 31, 1962. Called Home on December 26, 2021. Guy enjoyed spending time with family. He liked to go to bingo, enjoyed watching Me T.V. and Saved By The Bell with Screech in it. He was a prolific writer most passionate about writing poems, songs, books and authoring his life story. He filled his life with drawing and painting. Guy was also very creative with thousands of invention ideas depicted. Guy was always quiet, but kept busy artistically and musically, by playing the piano, guitar and harmonica. He was a soft-spoken visionary with a gentle soul.
Guy is survived by his father, Robert O; siblings, Zoaunne Ratzlaff (Mark), Zena (John) Stefani, Clark (Amy), Zanda, Kurt (Margaret); niece, Carina and nephew, Anthony. Guy is preceded in death by his mother, Myrna M Zaccardi; brother, Robert; sister-in-law, Sharon and brother-in-law, Clifton Ratzlaff.

Steltz, Lynda M.
Lynda Maria Steltz (63) of Hastings, MN, formerly of South St. Paul, MN and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2022, from complications of MS, while surrounded by her family.
She was born on December 12, 1958, in Mankato, MN, the first child of Edward and Esther (Schweer) Steltz. Lynda was a 1977 graduate of South St. Paul High School. She graduated from Macalester College in 1981 with a degree in vocal performance and a minor in accounting.
Lynda enjoyed skiing the mountains of Utah and camping and hiking where she could. She traveled many places, including Germany, where she got to use her German that she learned for five years. She loved music and enjoyed playing piano as well as singing with her beautiful soprano voice.
In her later years, she enjoyed going to many plays, especially Jesus Christ Superstar, which she participated in a production of in her younger years. Watching movies with her always brought a smile to her face.
Lynda lived in Florida for many years and was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1994. Although over time, Lynda lost her mobility and voice, she lived with grace and perseverance that allowed her to see her children reach adulthood. They were her world. Lynda had many caregivers including her parents, children, and siblings, long-term home PCAs, and the staff at Regina Senior Living to whom we are grateful.
Lynda is survived by her children Christopher Pellegrino (Kirsten Ward) and Julia Pellegrino, her brothers Jeffrey (Maureen) Steltz, and John Steltz (Liz Danner), along with her nephews Daniel, Peter, and Paul (Anjeanette) Steltz, great-nephew Phelan, and a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 29th at Roberts Funeral Home in Inver Grove Heights from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm. Memorials to the family are requested.
Perron, Mark E.
Age 62 years young of West St Paul, MN
Passed away unexpectedly on January 15, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, Don and Dorothy Perron; sister, Pat Nathe; uncle, Mike Callahan. Survived by wife of 38 years, Barb; son, Mark (Cora); daughter, Jessica; grandchildren, Kori and Grayson; his “girls” Holly & Winnie; siblings, Kay (Randy) McNamara, Don (Anne), Mike (Kat), Jim (Renee), Kevin (Joni) & Kelly (Tao) Nguyen and so many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Mark worked 20 years for US Foods and 12 years for I.S.D 197. Mark loved spending time camping and at his happy place, the cabin, where he hunted, snowmobiled, 4-wheeled, ice fished and hosted numerous pig roasts. He loved spending time with his family and all of our friends. We would like to give a huge thank you to Kerrick Fire & Rescue as well as Pine County Deputy Sheriffs. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mendota VFW at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 26, 2022.

Survived by husband, Charles Nyberg; daughter, Barb (Tom) Fox; son, David (Gina) Taack; grandchildren, Leah (Ryan), Derek (Indalia), Sara (Nate), Erin & Jimmy; great-grandson, Lorenzo; former son-in-law, John (Ruth) Kiefat; Stepsons, David (Kathy) Nyberg, Jim Nyberg and Scott Nyberg; Stepdaughter Cheri (Bob) Dietrich; grandchildren, Joe, Rachel, Amy (Jesse), Aaron, Sarah (Matt), Courtney (Mike), Jourdan (Blake); great-grandchildren, Graham, Paige, Maia and Jameson and also other family and friends.
Sharon Loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed cooking and feeding people. From her passion for collecting frogs to her love of online shopping and game shows on TV, Sharon did what she enjoyed. Survived by loving wife of 65 ½ years, Marjorie; daughters, Jorie (Keith) Miller, Evy Snyder & Vicky Johnson; son, Rodney (Megan) Johnson; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Audrey Temple; brother, Noel Johnson; faithful dog, Duchess.
George was born 1932 in Reynolds, North Dakota. He graduated in 1950 from Russell High School in MN and was a Korean War Vet 1954-55.
