In his younger years, Tim loved to ski, both water and downhill, and enjoyed several ski trips with his son, Justin. He greatly loved his career in the grocery industry, beginning with his time at Applebaum’s, followed by SUPERVALU, where the favorite part of his job was mentoring people and helping them to grow. He loved that his daughter Korine worked across the hall, and that they were able to work together on numerous occasions, and also looked forward to their weekly lunches and picnics.
Tim had numerous hobbies, including hunting, boating, and fishing. He cherished the many fishing trips and years of hunting with his son, Justin and brother, Kevin as well as with other family and friends. He also enjoyed tinkering with computers, TVs and electronics, and had a small business selling TV parts. Attending multiple sporting events with family was always a favorite of Tim’s. His pride and joy was his family hunting land and cabin. Because he was a jack of all trades, he was able to design a complete system to fully power the cabin, since there was no electricity available on the property.
Most importantly, Tim will always be remembered as a supporting and loving husband to wife, Barb. They were a true team, supporting each other throughout their blessed years together. He was an amazing father, truly the best, to Justin and Korine.

Greg was a devoted, loving husband to Connie for 48 years — during which they always had each other’s back. Beautiful red roses graced her table every Valentine’s Day, Birthday, and Anniversary. Connie remembers fondly one very lean year where Greg cashed in pop bottle deposits so she could have roses on her table. Greg could be found in the stands for his children and grandchildren’s sporting events — no matter what. From Michael’s first game for football in 4th Grade to his grandson, Gabriel’s, final football game his senior year. His children and grandchildren were very important people, and the feeling was more than mutual. His love wasn’t necessarily conventional, but it was felt through his actions, his generosity and acts of kindness. He was a legendary prankster and loved every second of it. His intelligence was unparalleled and leaned upon countless times by his family. Greg was a proud member of the St. Paul Pipefitters Local #455. He retired at age 55 with 35 years of dedicated service. Anytime you walk into your local Cub Foods or Lund’s/Byerly’s you will see his fine craftsmanship on display in the refrigeration section.
