Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his children on April 8, 2021. Preceded in death by wives, Marcia & Barb; parents, Horace Parks & Doreen (Lynn) Nelson; siblings, Robert, Gloria, Gerry, Phil & Dawn Marie. Survived by children, Melissa (Josh) Blair, Jessica (Jed) Weise & David; his “sweetheart” granddaughter, Kinsley; siblings, Richard (Gail), Karla Nelson & Kelly (Shannon) Dorr; also many other family & friends. Visitation 4-7 PM Monday, April 12th. Funeral Service 9 AM Tuesday, April 13th, all at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave. Inver Grove Heights and can be live streamed via Tribucast at https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/37192464. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
