Passed away March 29, 2018 in Hastings. She was born March 13, 1932 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Preceded in death by husband, John C. (Jack) Skoog Sr. Survived by sons, John (Susan) and William (Elaine) Skoog; daughters Melinda Ellingson (Bruce) and Jayne Skoog; 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Legendary East Side caterer and Prayer Warrior. Service of Celebration will be held Sunday May 20th @ 1:00. Visitation to be held one-hour prior at All Saints Lutheran Church in Eagan, Minnesota; 3810 Lexington Ave. and corner of Wescott. Memorials in lieu of flowers: Mary’s Cottage Inn Cookbook.
