Susan C. Hocking, age 80, of St. Paul, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 3, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joyce and Harold Sauer; her son, David; and her brother, Peter.
Susan is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, William Hocking; her son, Daniel (Nicole); her beloved granddaughters, Addison and Emerson, her “angels”; her sister, Debra (Ron); her brother, Tim (Sue); and many loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th at 10:00 a.m. at Augustana Lutheran Church, 1400 South Robert Street, West St. Paul, MN 55118. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with a luncheon to follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Cure Alzheimer’s Fund.
