Age 88 of Inver Grove Heights.
Thomas passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 21, 2026. Preceded in death by wife, Joan; son, Bob; his parents, Gertrude and Harold Pieper; his brother, Lawrence Pieper; and sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Don Grittner. Survived by his children, Paul (Lisa Keith), John and Jim (Katherine) Pieper, Julie (Joe) Warner, and Susan (Mark) Kahle; 12 Grandchildren; 7 Great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Kathy Pieper, Donna, Debbie DaBruzzi, Kathy (Ron) Hartley; brother-in-law, Ron (Judy) DaBruzzi.
Tom was a B-52 mechanic for the United States Air force, and worked for American bakeries. Thomas loved to spend time with his family, specifically his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He spent many hours serving on different civic and religious organizations. He loved to curl and to travel the world with his wife.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 19th at the Church of St. Patrick, 3535 72nd St., Inver Grove Heights. Visitation 9:00-10:00 AM prior to Mass. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to SSP Educational Foundation-Tom Pieper Scholarship.
