Age 91 of South St. Paul.
Passed peacefully surrounded by family, on September 7th, 2024. Preceded in death by wife, Lavonne; parents; brother, Brian. Survived by children, Steven (Mary) Bloom, Kenneth Bloom, Karen (David) Palodichuk, Robert (Michelle Miller) Kopp, Michele Kopp; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Welton (Sandra) Kopp; sister, Judy (Doug) Jordan; special friend, Norma Fusco; also nieces, nephews, other family & many friends.
Wilbur was a Korean War combat veteran. Visitation 4:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, Sept. 25th at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights. Funeral Service 11:00 am Thursday, Sept. 26th at Hamline Church United Methodist, 1514 Englewood Ave., St. Paul and can be livestreamed at https://www.hamlinechurch.org/worship/live-stream/ a luncheon will follow. Visitation also 10:00-11:00 am prior to the service. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery, Mendota Hts. Memorials preferred to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
