Preceded in death by beloved wife of 62 years, Donna; great-grandchildren, Anthony and Chiara. Survived by sons, Kevin (Marleen) and Dave (Martha); daughters, Becky (Tom), Ann, Pauline (Stan) and Jennifer (Dan); brother, Jim (Mary); brother-in-law, Darrel; sister-in-law, Barb; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Bill had a dry wit and great sense of humor. He loved woodworking, camping in the desert, hiking the Rocky Mountains, reading, sharpshooting and his Colorado friends. Our amazing father and friend will be sorely missed. Hike on Dad! Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Saturday, January 26^th, at the Church of St. John Vianney, 840 19^th Ave. No., South St. Paul. Visitation 9:30-11:30 AM prior to Mass at church. Private interment Oak Hill Cemetery.  No flowers please, due to family allergies. Flannel shirts welcome. Memorials preferred to Wakota Life Care Center, St. John Vianney Church or donor’s choice.
