Preceded in death by parents, Fred P. Gallagher and Marian L. (Mueller). Survived by loving wife, Trish; sister, Catherine; brother, Michael; children, Elizabeth Gallagher, Kelly Gallagher and Keith Barott; grandchildren, Topenga, Adrian, Katelynn, Lilly; child of the heart, Tristam; grandchildren of the heart, Lucas and Harli. He will be remembered for his love of family and friends. Funeral Service 10:30 AM Wednesday, August 9^th, at Roberts Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Hts. Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday, August 8^th, and 9:30 -10:30 am prior to the service. Interment immediately following service at Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville, MN.
