Rose passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on March 18, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur & Florence Moquist, and brother, Richard Moquist. Rose will be lovingly remembered by her children, William, Ron & Erika (Robert) Ryan, her grandchildren, Cassandra (Gerald) Weineck, Sarah Bruber, Ilyssa (Jeff) Skallerup & Michael Ryan, her great-grandchildren, Lydia Bruber, Wyatt & Luna Weineck, A. J. & Adelynn Skallerup, her brother, Ron (Joanne) Moquist, sister-in-law Barb Moquist, and many loving nieces, nephews & friends. Rose retired from South Saint Paul schools after 31 years of service. Rose enjoyed shopping, cooking, playing bingo with friends and spending time with her family. Memorial Service 2 PM Sunday, March 25th, at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights. Visitation 1-2 PM prior to the service. Luncheon to follow at the SSP VFW Post 295.
