Passed away peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by loved ones on September 22, 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Jerry; brother, Robert. Survived by children, Lisa (Marty) Johnson, Andrea (David) Ellings, Mark (Lori), Julie Allen & Mike (Heather); grandchildren, Zach, Noah, Grant, Emma, Lauren, Pat, Ben, Elijah; great-grandson, Easton. Joanne retired after 30 years as a Ramsey County Tax Assessor. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Monday, October 1st, at the Church of St. Patrick, 3535 72nd St., Inver Grove Heights. Visitation 9-10 AM prior to Mass at church. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association.
