Age 50, of St. Paul,
Passed away peacefully at his home on March 19, 2026, after a lengthy illness.
He was born May 31, 1975, in Obando, Bulacan, Philippines. He moved to the United States in 1996 and settled in St. Paul, MN. Cesar worked many years at ConAgra Foods Waseca. He was preceded in death by his father, Crispin. Cesar is survived by his children, Ethan and Sydney Dimapelis; his mother, Gloria Dimapelis; brothers, Gerry Dimapelis and Charlie (Eleanor) Dimapelis; sisters, Estelita (Daniel) Felten, Theresa (Chris) Saavedra, Stephanie (Dan Gordon) Dimapelis, and many nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
Cesar was known for his incredible sense of humor and the love he had for his family. He could always lighten the mood and bring a smile to anyone he met with his jokes and infectious laugh. He especially loved spending time with his family and doted on his nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm Friday, March 27, 2026, at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Ave., Inver Grove Heights, MN. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm prior to the service, and a luncheon will follow the service. An internment will be conducted on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 10:00 am at Riverview Cemetery, West St Paul, MN.
