Age 80 of Inver Grove Heights

Passed away peacefully on November 17, 2019. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Jack & great-grandson, Sammy. Survived by daughters, Linda (Don) Lockery, Kathy (Mike) Edgell & Denise (Ben) Mergens; sons, John (Terry) & Jeff (Kelly); grandchildren, Erika, Emily, Jaime, Nikki, Theresa, Megan, Sam, Kristen, Lindsey, Amanda, Kaylee & Abby; great-grandchildren, Addi, Jojo, Ruthi, Chloe, Cora, Clara & Grant. Barb was a 1957 graduate of Our Lady of Peace High School. In addition to her family Barb found great joy in her travels with Jack, summers with friends on the boat, winters at the condo in Florida, luncheons with the lady’s from Groveland Park, volunteering at Neighbors food shelf, and her time as a teachers aide at Roosevelt Elementary School. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday, November 22nd, at the Church of St. Patrick, 3535 72nd St., Inver Grove Heights. Visitation 9-10 AM prior to Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Preceded in death by her parents, Ken and Katherine Pedersen; brothers, Ken and Ed; sister, Jackie Patet; son, Ryan; brothers in law, Joe Jerhoff & Randy Patet. Survived by husband, Pat, of 60 years; sons, Patrick (Barb), Michael (Barb), Timothy (Jen) and Pam Strilzuk; grandchildren, Andrea (Terry) Bondeson, Amy, Alyssa (Neil) Kriz, Joseph (Brittney), Aubrie and Nicholas; great-grandchildren, Ashlyn, Allie, Nolan and Bennett; sisters-in-law, Marcy Pedersen & Liz Pedersen; also many nieces and nephews. Jean was the Matriarch of the family. She loved cooking, decorating, dinner parties with family and friends especially during the Holidays and spending as much time as possible at the lake place on Superior.  She will be remembered for her great sense of humor (sometimes at the expense of others) Her commitment to the importance of family and her unconditional love.  Jean will be missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Jeans Life will be held from 1-4 PM with words of remembrance shared at 3 PM on Saturday, November 9th, at Southview Country Club, 239 Mendota Rd., West St. Paul. Passed peacefully October 27,2019, Preceded in in death by parents, William and Esther Singewald; sister, Joan Klocow. Survived by nephews, Dennis (Nancy), Dean (Lista) Klocow; nieces, Alison (Sean) Joyce, Karla (Tim) Johnson and many other great nephews, nieces and cousins. Beverly was an avid traveler, photographer, Master Gardener and lifelong Girl Scout. Her career was working for St. Paul Children’s Hospital. Graveside service 12 Noon Wednesday, October 30th, at Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville MN. Special thank you to her family at The Willows of Ramsey Hill.

Mike was retired from a longtime career at BNSF Railroad, loved woodworking, bowling, traveling and scouting.
